LONDON: Following ATC Management’s acquisition of a majority investment in Raw Power Management, which represents rock bands Bring Me The Horizon and Bullet For My Valentine, two of the top music management firms in the UK have merged.

According to the financial details, ATC acquired a 55% share in Raw Power, which was established in 2006 by CEO Craig Jennings, Rod Smallwood, and Andy Taylor, for £1.4 million ($1.8 million). Other customers of Raw Power, which has its headquarters in London and offices in Los Angeles, include Kid Kapichi, The Chisel, The Mars Volta, The Damned, You Me At Six, Don Broco, Heartworms, and Refused.

The U.K. team of Raw Power, which includes Jennings and Don Jenkins, the commercial director, will move to ATC Management’s London headquarters as part of the new alliance. The LA-based operations of both organizations will also combine immediately.

In its U.S. and U.K. offices, Raw Power has 14 employees. The company guaranteed that the agreement would not result in job losses.

A regulatory financial report states that Raw Power’s revenue for the year ended February 28, 2023, was £2.3 million ($2.9 million). The profit before taxes amounted to £326,000.

As part of the majority share acquisition, ATC will loan Raw Power up to £1.3 million ($1.6 million) in additional funds to pay off historic debts. A £1.9 million ($2.4 million) debt from Phantom Music Management, the business owned by Rod Smallwood, the co-founder of Raw Power and longtime manager of Iron Maiden, is listed among those liabilities in Companies House records.Ever since its establishment in 2006, Raw Power has emerged as one of Europe’s top rock artist management firms.
