In a notable move within the collegiate volleyball world, Nebraska assistant coach Jaylen Reyes has officially confirmed that he will be joining Dani Busboom Kelly’s coaching staff. The announcement comes after weeks of speculation surrounding Reyes’ future with the Cornhuskers.
Reyes, who has been an integral part of Nebraska’s volleyball program since 2018, played a key role in the team’s defensive strategies and player development, particularly focusing on the team’s liberos and defensive specialists. His expertise contributed significantly to Nebraska’s strong defensive performances, helping the team secure multiple deep NCAA Tournament runs during his tenure.
