Devastating news: Caitlin Clark just announced departure to another team due to… more details ⬇️⬇️⬇️
The first game between the Indiana Fever and the Connecticut Sun featured full of heated moments, even though the home team eventually won by a wide margin. DiJonai Carrington poked Caitlin Clark in the eye during a play in the game, causing the Fever star to drop to the ground in agony. Replays indicate that Carrington did, inadvertently or not, strike Clark in the eye, but no foul was called against her.
Clark, on the other hand, found herself on the receiving end of yet another contentious incident when she was given a foul for pushing Carrington. Go here to read more:
You can see Clark and Carrington battle for a rebound in the slow-motion footage up above. The way the Sun guard/forward collapsed to the ground suggested that Clark had given her a backhand shove. Go here to read more:
